Daybreaker

For four years I was the London Producer of DAYBREAKER, a morning movement produced in collaboration with General Assembly CEO Matt Brimer. Originally from NYC and currently operating in 14 cities worldwide, I launched the DAYBREAKER brand in the UK, producing a series of pre-work sober ‘raves’ for the creative, tech and start-up industries in partnership with companies such as Clinique, Lucozade, Seedlip and Vita Coco.

Why?

Mental health and addiction are issues very dear to me, and in DAYBREAKER I saw a way to take certain principles to the masses; to show young professionals that humans can dance, party and make connections without the aid of substances. Start-ups and the creative industries in particular have members prone to burnout and fatigue. In DAYBREAKER I saw a healthy way to encourage people to meet and relax without the pressures of a normal night out. Also? It’s good for you!
